Phentermine 15mg is not commonly used because it tends to have a lot of side effects, such as dry mouth, trouble sleeping, hallucination, severe mental changes, chest pain, dizziness, racing heartbeat or pulse, headache, etc. You may take 15mg to 30mg by mouth once a day. It can be taken about 2 hours after breakfast. In addition, avoid taking phentermine close to bedtime because it can cause you to have trouble falling asleep; as well as avoid using it during pregnancy.
