Cialis is used to treat male sexual function problems, i.e., Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Benign Prostatic (BPH), and belongs to a drug class called Phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitors whose generic name is Tadalafil. It relaxes the smooth muscles and arteries inside the penis; at the same time, it works by increasing blood flow to particular areas of the body to help a man get and keep an erection. It comes in an oral tablet form with the biggest advantage of lasting longer with effects for 36 hours and is available as a lower-cost generic. The recommended dosage of Cialis may be taken with or without food, unlike some other PDE5 inhibitors but before taking Cialis, it is mandatory to consult a health supervisor. Take this medication by mouth, with or without food, as directed by your health expert. As a result, you may start to feel its effects after about 30 minutes. Do not take Cialis more often than once daily because it could be dangerous and raise the risk of side effects that may not deal with the erectile dysfunction problem such as blurred vision, diarrhea, indigestion, cough, dizziness, chest pain, etc. While taking Cialis, it is recommended to avoid alcohol.
