Opana ER 10 mg

Description

Opana ER 10 mg contains oxymorphone (which is a morphine-like opioid analgesic), used to treat moderate to severe pain in patients. It works by changing the way the body responds to pain when someone is suffering from severe pain. It can be abused like other opioid analgesics. It is supplied in 5 mg, 7.5 g, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, and 40 mg tablet strengths. The form of Opana ER 40 mg is a red round tablet with the imprint “E613 10” on one side which is supplied by Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. The Opana ER 10 mg tablet also contains FD and C yellow No. 6, macrogol, and polysorbate 80. The recommended initial dose is 10 mg to 20 mg every 4 to 6 hours per day. However, your health provider may increase your dose as needed.
